What is Ketosis?
The keto diet or ketogenic is a low-carb, high-fat diet. If you follow keto diet for several days, your body will achieve ketosis - a nutritional state of our bodies producing a high number of ketones and using them as energy fuel instead of glucose from carbs.
The kito diet is very beneficial, but may be difficult to follow consistently. Ketone supplements can mimic ketosis without changing your diet.
How does Ketosis work?
During the high-carb diet, our bodies typically use glucose as fuel.
